We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable platform rules.

The App contains no online multiplayer, chat, or user-generated sharing, so no user conduct in shared spaces applies.
All tiles, decks, chapters, titles, and other in-game content are virtual items stored locally on your device. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money through external networks, and are not transferable between devices except through your platform's own device backup.
We may adjust balance or content through app updates. Local progress may be reset if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
All trademarks, artwork, music, text, and code in the App are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by law. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
Because the App runs entirely offline, your experience depends on your device and its backup settings.
We may update this Agreement as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always identified by the "Last updated" date above.
